Orders to be delivered in 12 WEEKS from contract signing date and down payment confirmation (Unless otherwise stated). After paying the down-payment and signing the contract the client cannot refund the money.
Warranty is valid for 5 years (does not apply to defects in fabrics or defects that result from mis-use, for further information refer to the maintenance and care document.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
Missing data from client’s side (measurement, color, sample approval, fabric selection, etc…) will pause the order until missing data is completed and will automatically delay the delivery date.
Wood, Marble and Leather are all natural materials, therefor are not uniform and have a minor variation in their tones, knots, veins, wrinkles – which are all testament to the uniqueness and authenticity of each piece.
Order modification or cancelation can’t be done once production has started
Accessibility is the sole responsibility of the client (the client needs to double check that items are fitting in the premises) therefor, all entrances also hallways and stairways width should be put into consideration.
In the case of entertainment centers, client is responsible for your television and electronic devices fitting and electronic connections required in the provided openings.
Payment (in full) is required before any furniture leaves our premises to be delivered.
Delivery cost is included in the price inside Cairo only, additional fees may be applied for outside Cairo deliveries.
Client address mentioned in the file will be used during order delivery, with a 24 hours confirmation from our behalf prior the delivery date.
Detailed address and google map location should be provided at contract signing.
Delivery rescheduling or cancelation require 48-hour notice
Any building or compound policies should be communicated clearly with the C-Reality team before delivery and installation day on High building, C-Reality should be informed prior delivery about floor height to make appropriate arrangements. o Anything above 3rd floor should require special arrangement and will be handled case-by-case (extra charges may apply).
C.Reality allows 2 weeks storage afterwards client will be charged 5% of the total amount of order for each month.
C.Reality has the right to shoot any projects with 3rd party approval.
